BCR  Metal Hand Formed Cafe Gas Tank and Seat Combo
Norton Manx Style gas tank with Vintage Desmo style seat
BCR being always up for any new challenges, accepted a special request from a customer
to build  a Norton Manx style gas tank with clip-on indents and a vintage Desmo style seat
that would fit a cb550 frame.  The metal hand-formed  gas tank is a complete bolt-on with a
stainless steel tank strap and a half upholstered seat that would expose a painted seat cowl
to match the color of the tank. The tank has a stainless tank strap to give detail to the
vintage look that the customer requested. The metal combo also came with a battery box
that is mounted under the seat cowl eliminating the side covers. The tank and seat were
painted sunburst vintage gold with fine metallic flakes and  was highlighted with Manx
pinstripe and Honda wing badge.
