Here at BCR, we see the gas tank as the part of the bike that will carry the overall look. You could tell the bikes attitude from the lines, shapes, and curves of the tank.
So, in dedication to the gas tanks that we made and our love and hardships in making them, this page is solely for the cafe custom gas tanks that BCR had made. All the
tanks that BCR makes are made in-house, and were hand fabricated from 16 gauge flat sheet of metal, fiberglass and now carbon fiber.
Just like our bikes, the gas tanks that we make are all original. We also do gas tanks that were special ordered by customers and others from fellow bike builders.
Killsaki's GasTank 2004
This is the very first gas tank that
the BCR founder flipprboi made.
Mods include incorporating the 2
stroke oil tank next to the gas tank,
radical reshaping of the of the tank

show the frame lines. The tank

Goblin's Gas Tank 2004
This tank was made with the
intension of having a guage on a
bike and still looks like a vintage
racer bike. This was an old CB
gas tank that was cut, reshaped
and remounted higher than stock
to give a more aggressive vintage
cafe racer look. The tank was sold
together with the bike.
Silver Ghost Gas Tank
2004
This gas tank started of as an
original CB750 gas tank. After
hours of cutting, welding, and
reshaping, this is what we came
out with. Aggressive knee
cut-outs and concave sides to
clear the clip-on bars. The tank
was sold together with the bike.
Black Whale Gas Tank 2005
When building this gas tank, vintage HOT
ROD and cafe racer were in mind. We
wanted to blend the attitude of the hot rod
genre and the race lines of a cafe racer. This
gas tank is simple yet aggressive. The paint
sceam not only screams out hot rod, it also
yells out simplicity and rebellion. The gas
tank was mounted higher than stock to help
open up the lines of the frame. After hours of
cutting, welding, and reshaping, this is what
we came out with. a stretched -out gas tank
w/ a subtle knee cut-outs. The tank was sold
together with the bike.
CB 750 gas tank 2006
Like other BCR cafe tanks this
tank was stretched to give a
more of a race bike look.
Radical Knee cut-outs were
added to give a more different
look. The tank is narrow to give
a more muscular look on the
motor. The engine looks even
bigger with a narrow gas tank.
The tank is primed, sealed and
ready for paint.
CB 750 gas tank 2006
Started of as a stock CB 750 gas tank, knee
cut-outs were added to give a more vintage
European bike look. The tank slides on to
the bike without any problem. Stock CB
petcock and gas cap fits in w/o any problem.
The tank is primed, sealed and ready for
paint.
CB 750 gas tank w/rack 2006
This gas tank started of as a stock CB
750 gas tank. Mods include, knee
cut-outs, relocation of the gas cap,
and adding bolt on custom hand
fabricated chrome gas tank rack. We
made this tank look like a vintage
British bike and added a racing stripe
to give more aggresive style to the
stock tank. The tank was painted w/
2 stage automotive black w/silver
stripe and red outline. And to add the
euro look, we added our own front
fender European licensce plate
together with the tank.
Triton style gas tank for CB 750
2006
After hours in the english wheel and
planishing hammer, this is what we
came out. A triton style gas tank that
was made from 16 gauge sheet metal.
It contains 6 panels including the tunnel
that was made from scratch. And to top
it off, we wanted it to be a slide on tank
so anybody could put it in to their
K-model CBs. The gas tank is painted
silver using the honda paint code.
Underneath the 4 coats of clear is a red
and black computer designed and cut
pinstripes w/HONDA CB 750 letterings.
CB 750 Whale tank w/knee
cut-outs 2006
Like other BCR cafe tanks this tank
was stretched to give a more of a
race bike look. Radical Knee
cut-outs were added to give a
more different look. The tank is
narrow to give a more muscular
look on the motor. The engine
looks even bigger with a narrow gas
tank. The tank is painted w/2 stage
honda's black w/burgandy scallops
and highlighted w/silver pinstripe
and HONDA letterings.
CB 750 slimline style tank
2006
This tank is the first fiberglass gas
tank made by BCR. It resembles the
vintage slimline gas tank that were
famous back in the early 60's. This
gas tank has clip-on reliefs up front
and rounded knee cut-outs at the
back. The gas filler was placed at the
left side of the tank and it uses the
stock Honda cb750 gas cap and
petcock. The tank seats low on the
bike and is a bolt-on for cb750s.
CB 750 lucky 13 reck'n ball
tank 2006
Handcrafted from 16 gauge sheet
metal, this gas tank is simple yet
has the lines of a killer race tank. It
seats high to show off the frame of
the bike and the top of the tank is
higher than the triple trees to give
a more dominating and intimidating
look. The tank also has knee
cut-outs not just for comfort for
the rider, it is also there to define it
as a cafe racer gas tank. (The tank
has a matching seat and it's a killer
match)
CB 750 flat top whale 2006
Just like any one-off custom made
gas tank from BCR, it is handcrafted
from 16 gauge sheet metal. The
shape is similar to the whale tank
but has a more flat top and a more
noticeable knee cut-outs. It is
painted black with classic racing
stripe in the center and has the 59
ton-up club decal both sides of the
tank. And yeah, this has a matching
seat and the lines of the tank just
flows continuously through the seat.
CB 750 Dolphin tank 2006
Handcrafted from 16 gauge sheet
metal, this tank is narrow to give the
in-line 4 Honda CB750 engine a
bigger more intimidating look. It has
knee cut-outs to give a more
aggressive look and uses the stock
CB750 gas cap and petcock. And
yes, we made a matching seat fro
the customer and it simply looks
awesome.
CB 750 Foxy Boxy Gas Tank 2006
Handcrafted from 16 gauge sheet metal,
this gas tank is the first boxy style gas tank
that BCR made. Didn't really want to give
sharp corners or flat shape to the tank, the
BCR crew blended the round corners and
curved the surfaces to give the boxy look a
more define elegant different look that is
hard to achieve on box type tank. The tank
has knee cut-outs but less noticeable. The
gas filler is mounted on the right side of the
tank to break away from the norm. The
cutomer asked for a matching seat tank has
a matching seat, and on a bike, it just
screams vintage custom cafe racer.

BCR's Armadillo CB450 gas tank 2006
After a full week of pounding metal, grinding, welding, this is the what give the
BCR CB450 project bike the recognition of the Armadillo name. The armadillo
gas tank is shaped just like its namesake when the animal is on its on the
defensive mode or when its ready to go fast. The tank has a more aggressive
knee cut-outs and is mounted high on the frame. The gas tank of the
armadillo adds to the urban aggressive look that the crew at BCR were trying
to achieve. And of course, the tank has a matching seat, and together, it just
says "Bitchin!"

BCR's Pinas 550 2006
Always wanting to make something different, BCR made the tank for the pinas 550 look
like its wrapped around the frame without making it too modern or fancy. The tank seats
high on the frame and top of the tank is higher than the triple trees to give the rider a more
aggressive racer look. The shape of the knee cut-outs matches the contour of the seat.
The location of the petcock is even unusual. The petcock is located between the frame
where the side covers use to be. With the shape of the tank and its matching seat, the
lines and contours of the bike just flows in unity.
BCR's Manx tank replica
This is BCR's rendition of the
classic cafe racer Norton
Manx's tank. The tank uses
the stock CB gas cap, and
petcock and has a functional
stainless tank strap to give
that classic look. To add
detail, the tank has clip-on
indents, manx pinstripe
outline. The tank was painted
sunburst gold with meduim
glitters.
