| BCR now offers a bolt-on fiberglass gas tank w/matching seat for iron head 1970-77 Harley Davidson Sportster. This is our own designed and our interpretation of an american cafe racer. The only modification needed to the frame is to relocate the rear shocks top mounting to clear the seat from the rear tire, plus to give the bike a higher, sportier road racer look. All that is require is to make the other hole that is further back to the frame so the bolt that holds the rear shocks would fit. The kit comes with mounting brackets, fiberglass gas tank with gas cap and matching seat. The tank has the classic lines of a vintage cafe racer with an aggressive knee cutouts. In making the fiberglass mold, a metal cast was used to avoid waves and distortion on the final product. The seat comes with seat pad, tail light, and licence plate bracket. These combo parts are not kept in stock and are only made upon request. The time frame to make these custom parts is from 2 to 3 weeks. The parts are delivered in primer and ready for paint. | BCR's now offers a bolt-on 2 into 2 full stainless exhaust system for Harley Sportsters 70s-present. The system includes headers and 2 pea shooter style silencers. The pea shooter style mufflers are slip ons and the inside could be ordered either in perforated pipe wrapped with insulation for a deep roar, or 3 division chambers for a more rattle vintage sound.
